A portal is a shared space at one link. You create it, share the link, and anyone with the link can upload files to you. By default everyone with the link also sees and downloads everything in the portal — like a shared room. You can switch a portal to private inbox mode if you only want yourself to see what's uploaded.

Shared room (default): anyone with the link can upload AND see/download files others have shared. Good for projects, weddings, team handoffs. Private inbox: uploaders can submit files but only you (the owner) see them. Good for collecting submissions, contracts, anything sensitive. Pick one when creating the portal.

Click "create a portal" on the homepage and sign in with Google. Give it a name, optionally add a message and password, pick shared or inbox mode, and you'll get a shareable link. Share it via WhatsApp, email, Discord — anything.

No. Anyone with the link can upload — they just type their name (so files are attributed) and drop files. No sign-up, no app required. Their name is saved in their browser so they don't re-type it next visit.

Yes. Uploaders can select multiple files or drop an entire folder — it arrives grouped as a batch named after the folder, up to 50 files per batch. You get a "download batch" button for each group.

Free accounts get 2 portals. Pack holders get up to 20. You can deactivate or delete portals anytime from the Dashboard.

Yes. Each portal has a "download all" button that triggers all files as separate downloads. When someone uploads multiple files together as a batch, you also get a "download batch" button just for those, and you can select files across the portal to zip and download together.

Free gets you 2 portals that accept files up to 2 GB, kept for 24 hours, with an email whenever something arrives. The pack is a one-time $18 purchase that adds 500 GB of capacity to your account — up to 20 portals, files up to 10 GB, kept for 30 days. Other sizes are available too: 100 GB for $7 and 1 TB for $28. No subscriptions, and credit never expires.

When you buy a pack, its capacity is added to your account as credit. As people upload into your portals, the file sizes are deducted from your balance — capacity is only spent on what actually arrives. Files over 2 GB need enough remaining credit to cover them; if your balance can't cover an upload, the portal reports itself at capacity until you top up. Credit never expires.

Never. People uploading to your portal and people downloading from it pay nothing and need no account. Capacity always comes from the portal owner's balance.

Packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable once delivered. Unused credit stays in your account indefinitely, so there's no "use it or lose it" pressure — but we can't issue refunds for completed purchases.

2 GB per file on free portals. With a pack, portals accept files up to 10 GB each while your credit covers them.

Files received on free portals are kept for 24 hours. Files covered by pack credit are kept for 30 days. After expiry, files are permanently deleted. You can also delete files early from the Dashboard.

Files upload in chunks, so brief hiccups are retried automatically. If an upload does fail, drop the file again — you'll never end up with a half-file in the portal; files only appear once they've fully arrived.

Use the calculator above. As a rule of thumb on a 100 Mbps connection: about 3.5 GB in five minutes; on 500 Mbps, about 17 GB.

Files are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Cloudflare R2. We never read, scan, or analyze file contents. Portal and download links use unguessable tokens.

Yes. Set a password when creating the portal and only people who have it can get in. Passwords are stored salted and hashed, never in plain text.

Uploads always carry the uploader's self-reported name. Everyone gets per-file stats — opens, downloads, and previews. A pack adds the full analytics: who uploaded what, downloads by country, and per-file activity. We track country from Cloudflare headers — no IP addresses or personal data about visitors.

Uploading to a portal and downloading from one need no account. Creating portals requires Google sign-in, which gives you the Dashboard to manage portals and files, and the ability to buy packs.
