Use Stickafile to share and receive files. Don't share anything illegal or harmful. Files expire and get deleted automatically. Buy a pack for 30-day links, larger uploads, and more portals — credit never expires.
Stickafile is a file sharing service. You can upload files up to 100 GB and get a shareable download link. Recipients download via the link without needing an account or sign-in. You can create portals — receive links that let anyone upload files to you. You can also transfer files directly between devices using peer-to-peer rooms with encrypted chat.
Packs are the main way to use Stickafile. Buy transfer credit up front: Starter is 100 GB for $7, Creator is 500 GB for $18, Studio is 1 TB for $28. Pack uploads have no per-file size limits up to 100 GB, all links last 30 days, and pack holders can create up to 20 portals. Pack credit never expires. Credit is deducted from your balance as you upload.
Free: upload files up to 2 GB at no cost, no account required. Download links expire after 24 hours. Free users can create up to 2 portals.
Pay-per-transfer (no pack): for files over 2 GB without pack credit, a one-time fee of $0.10 per GB applies and the link lasts 30 days.
Packs are one-time purchases processed through Dodo Payments. The credit you buy is added to your account immediately and does not expire. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Packs are non-refundable once delivered; unused credit remains in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time.
Portals are shared links you create to receive or share files. By default, a portal is a shared room — anyone with the link can upload, view, and download files in the portal. Owners can also create portals in private inbox mode, where uploaders can submit files but only the owner sees them. Anyone uploading to a portal must provide a name (free-text, self-reported) which is shown alongside their files. Files uploaded through portals are debited from the portal owner's pack credit where applicable (30-day expiry); if the owner has no pack credit or the file fits within the free tier, the file uses the free 24-hour expiry. You can optionally password-protect a portal. Portal owners can deactivate or delete portals from the Dashboard, and delete individual files. Don't share portal links anywhere you wouldn't want them seen — anyone with the link gets the access the portal mode allows.
You can upload, download, upload to portals, and use P2P rooms without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and gives you access to the Dashboard and the ability to buy packs. We use Google only for authentication — we don't access your contacts, drive, or other Google data.
You may not use this service to share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or violates another person's rights. You may not distribute malware, phishing content, or spam. You may not attempt to abuse the service, disrupt its operation, or circumvent its limits.
You own the files you share. We don't claim any rights to your content. We don't read, scan, or analyze file contents. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted after expiry — 24 hours for free uploads, 30 days for paid and pack uploads. Signed-in users can delete files early from the Dashboard.
Pack usage is limited by your pack credit balance, not by a storage quota. As you upload, credit is deducted; when credit runs low, you can buy another pack or fall back to pay-per-transfer. All active files, including portal-received files on your account, count against the credit balance at the time of upload. Once uploaded, files sit on our storage until their 30-day expiry (or 24 hours for free-tier uploads). We reserve the right to adjust pack pricing or sizes with reasonable notice.
All payments — per-transfer fees and pack purchases — are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Dodo handles tax collection and compliance. All per-transfer purchases are final. Pack purchases are one-time and non-refundable once delivered; unused credit remains in your account indefinitely.
We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for data loss, failed transfers, or downtime.
We reserve the right to block access to the service or remove content from accounts that violate these terms. Uploaded files will be deleted after their expiry period regardless.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this service are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
